Her areas of expertise include strategic planning and implementation, executive and leader development, team alignment, shaping change and culture initiatives, as well as designing and delivering of assessment and development centres.

Nadia has addressed and chaired numerous international conferences. Her evaluations as presenter, workshop facilitator, and conference chairperson by the Institute of International Research in Dubai, UAE, and the International Business Network in Kuala Lumpur have consistently positioned her in the top five percentile of presenters at their conferences.

Nadia earned her MS in Psychology of Work from the University of Leicester, UK, and her BA from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.
